InterviewAIQ sells prepaid credits that are consumed by live sessions in 30-minute blocks. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel you simply stop buying credits. This policy explains when payments for credit packs are refundable.
Every verified account gets a one-time free demo session (currently 10 minutes) with no payment required. We strongly encourage you to use the demo to confirm the Service works on your machine and meets your expectations before purchasing credits.
If you have not consumed any credits from a purchased pack, you may request a full refund of that pack within 7 days of purchase.
Once any credit from a pack has been consumed, the pack is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable consumer law or where Section 4 applies.
If a session fails or is unusable because of a fault on our side (for example, a service outage that prevents transcription or AI responses), contact us within 48 hours of the session with the session details. We will re-issue the consumed credits or, at our discretion, refund their value. This does not cover problems outside our control, such as your network connection, microphone or audio-device issues, or third-party platform behavior.
Free demo minutes, referral bonuses, and other promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable or exchangeable.
Email saiart2754@gmail.com from your account email with the purchase date, the pack purchased, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days (your bank or payment provider may take longer to post it).
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first most issues are resolved faster than a card dispute. Accounts that initiate chargebacks on legitimately delivered credits may be suspended pending resolution.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence.
